PROPOSAL OVERVIEW
Avenir Senior Living, a family-owned company with 25 years of experience in retirement residences, in partnership with Dulex Laidler, plans to build Kyle Park Senior Living, Port Moody’s first Continuum of Care Seniors Housing Community including the Avenir Approach to Memory Care.
The community offers three housing types with 194 suites, featuring privately owned condominiums, full-service independent/assisted living rental suites, and suites for memory and complex care residents. Kyle Park Senior Living Continuum of care allows residents to age in place without the prospect of an additional move.
The development boasts a rooftop amenity garden with an indoor and outdoor dining experience, sports lounge, piano lounge, exercise room, library, movie theater, dance floor, bocce court, all operated by Avenir's experienced management team. The building has a 5-story podium and a 15-story midrise that minimizes shadowing and view impediments to neighboring properties.

Kyle Park Senior Living is located within 600 meters of Moody Centre Skytrain and West Coast Express Stations and within two blocks of the Frequent Transit Network along St Johns Street. The location is ideal for Seniors Housing being slightly removed from the City Centre Core, on flat ground and adjacent to Port Moody’s Kyle Community Centres and the former City Hall Arts Centre. Rocky Point Park is a short distance for the Seniors of Port Moody to stay connected to the familiar and landmark Burrard Inlet shoreline.
